Plastic Currency

In India children are paying tuition with plastic. Clean plastic waste is all that is required for their education. Apparently, India is not into separating waste, yet. The children will encourage society to do the same.

The article explains how they use plastic for “eco bricks”, as well. “Akshar’s students train local schools to make Eco Bricks, and Kalita was recently part of a team that travelled to Ladakh, 1,000 miles away, to teach students in a Himalayan school how to repurpose their plastic waste”.

The presentation is spectacular. Please read the article.

Anything worth having is worth taking care of.

Kyiv Evacuation

The residents of Kyiv are feeling a little left out with all the negotiations, and Putin’s non-stop bombardment. (Russia has a missile that fly’s 8000 MPH-unstoppable). Europe is apparently complaining because Russia actually used a weapon available to her.

The mayor of Kyiv is asking residents to self-evacuate temporarily to avoid the freezing winter.

Minneapolis

Governors have a duty of care to call in the National Guard for crowd control, for the protection of the people – while ICE operates within her borders. This is the immediate constitutional solution.

Governors Response.

So, when the Federal government is not operating as an individual, but in official capacity – they have immunity?

Short answer: Yes — generally.
When the federal government (or a federal officer) is acting in an official capacity and within constitutional/statutory authority, they enjoy intergovernmental immunity from state interference.
But this immunity is functional, not absolute.

McCulloch v. Maryland

The Court held:

  • States cannot tax federal operations
  • States cannot impede federal execution of lawful powers
  • Federal authority is supreme when constitutionally exercised

This case established official-capacity immunity from state control.

Focus! – Autism

Mr. Kennedy, it has been right at 1 year, give-or-take since you took-up the Health Care mantle for the United States of America. I would like your response to the following:

Or do you contest the chart. You mention science. I respectfully ask that you chart science alongside logic, and hopefully sometime soon – give us your best guess.

[I almost broke ChatGPT this morning. Ne went away and thought for an average of 5 minutes at a time (due to subject matter). I love how nem replays its thoughts. gives greater confidence in the answer. I will renew my membership because ChatGPT is not static. two directions; forward, backward. again, I like the business model; we work with – until we improve (honesty). I should check to see who is at the top, but that is no fun. I never enjoy fast-food. I slow cook everything]

[I know the UK does not accept American beef imports. not checking Europe – brain dead]

[not on Mr. Kennedy, but this is a failure of leadership. my instincts tell me we are a sacrificial lamb for $]

[“X” is tracking alongside the US graph. Find X]

[I printed the chart and taped it on the wall beside me]

The more I thought about it, as Europe and the United Kingdom are treated as continents. We should include the entire continent of North America. Fortunately, I saved the chat separate – so I just continued where I left off:

Clearly, all of North America is following the same trend. I will close the chat and open comments. If anybody wants to branch off this the logic is already loaded.

[Argentina may want a rethink]

Keeping it Real

President Trump is a nasty bully. I promise you I will never do anything to support him.

This is not Trump’s immigration policy. This is United States immigration policy that has not been enforced by undemocratic presidents.

The reason why Trumps actions are evil. His angst is only directed at blue state’s. (States governed by democrats). Florida needs to be raided in a major way. It will not happen.

You cannot call it democracy if positions are taken against a large majority of the people. The US is approaching a form of apartheid based on the two-party political structure.

[the democrats left the doors open. Trump is exploiting the situation to give rise to White people in the White house]

[Global Citizens United further designates that the white house, for future reference will be referred to as 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, or 1600. on the low-low, it is just as easy to stop saying white house and not replace it with anything – state your preference]

[she ran over the officer and he shot her…. rofl]

[refusing to render aide, to bring additional charges]

[the ICE agent drew his weapon while the car was stationary. he positioned himself for a defense, in advance. murder she wrote]

[of note: this is a White on White affair, in Minneapolis. all participants are familiar with privilege. big problem]

[“only a fool relies on his own misunderstanding”]

[protests ongoing in Minneapolis; expected to grow as people travel; FBI is working the crowd (reportedly). based on Trumps vernacular – there is no expectation of fairness]

[president Trump will shine in this moment. It is a moment where you must show no compassion]

[this is not going away. Venezuela was easy. you will find that Americans are not. you are not bigger than the courts]

[people are stupid who think they can stop the US government from enforcing our laws. not a popularity contest. murder is murder]

[cbp shooting in Portland, Oregon today @ 14:30. total blackout]

[democrats now drive the message. nothing is really real. murder, is not murder. welcome to the chaos]

Minneapolis ICE Killing Video

https://rapidgator.net/file/777c28f1cb3125ec9da23ba9874ca2ea

The ICE officer that shot the American dead in Minneapolis; why was she stopped?

The ICE officer stopped the woman during a broader immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis, but she was not the target of that operation. The exact reason for her being stopped remains unclear, and federal and local officials offer conflicting accounts of what happened next.

I just heard the answer on a personal interview with MSNBC; the woman was blocking ICE. She was apparently a part of anti-ICE movement, or personal sentiment that led her to block the ICE caravan. She died for blocking the ICE motorcade. That is what Christy Noem is calling terrorism.

It is now being reported that Ms. Renee Good was an ICE observer (they follow them around the city-volunteers). So, this is potentially a message. All the while telling Iran about killing protestors (in a protest he started).

There was another person in the car who apparently left the vehicle just prior to the shooting.

The deceased was named Renee Nichole Good. It must be said that she was a disrupter. The punishment clearly did not fit the crime. But the case against the ICE agent brings Trumps entire platform into the courtroom, where he has not fared well. He will win on illegal immigration but not murder – again.
