Trump shoots his own foot, again:
“The US previously outsourced much of its tungsten and critical minerals industry to China — now China’s export controls, imposed in response to American tariffs, are backfiring on the US, stresses Igor Yushkov, an expert at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation”.
The world outside China does not contain the rare earths necessary to replenish the munitions President Trump just spent.
Meanwhile in other circles:
“He emphasizes that Russia–China collaboration, particularly on rare earths, goes “beyond just mutual business interests,” giving both nations a strategic card against the West while demonstrating a model of major-power coexistence”.
You all think I am joking. If president Trump continues selling noise, local communities in the United States will be left to defend themselves. It is funny until it is not.
Putin fighting Nazi’s was funny too. This is why I predict that Putin will take on Europe. Europe is now sponsoring Nazi’s. And President Putin hates Nazi’s. We know Russia has another 20 years in her tank; does Ukraine?
The good news for Russia -v- US is that it would be more profitable for Russia to take Europe. China – not so much.
