Bad Faith Actors

I am not sure why anybody would ever ink a deal with the United States or Israel. They only ever operate in bad faith.

If Hamas ever lay down their weapons. Israel or the US will kill all of them. They are both scuffling now. First kill as many as you please. Then negotiate and demand fairness, on the one hand. On the other, Israel continues killing people. Somehow this scenario reminds me of Samuel L. Plankhead.
