If you remember on President Trumps second day of his second term he declared an invasion at the Southern Border to deport asylum seekers. This is his second loss in that case. I believe the Supreme Court is still available where he will be handed his ass a third time.
The courts held through his tumult and presidential hissy-fit; congress held through default-in this case only.
Whomever appointed a sitting judge has been proven to have no bearing. When you hear your favorite commentator harping on who appointed a certain judge you will know it for what it is.

President Trump got out early with his madness. He tried, and failed to create political panic and social upheaval. Congress shut itself down completely; moderate minds prevailed- as per.
