“House” – Plan

📌 Key Details of the House Bill

  • Origin: The bill was passed by the Senate on Monday in a 60–40 vote, with eight Democrats joining Republicans to break the impasse.
  • Funding scope:
    • Short‑term: Keeps most federal agencies funded through January 30, 2026.
    • Full‑year: Provides funding for SNAP (food aid), WIC (women, infants, children program), veterans programs, and military construction.
  • Backpay & reversals: Includes provisions to reverse Trump administration layoffs during the shutdown and ensure furloughed workers receive backpay.
  • Healthcare subsidies: Democrats sought extensions of Affordable Care Act subsidies, but those were not included. Instead, GOP leaders promised a stand‑alone vote in December.
  • Controversial provision: The Senate bill allows senators to sue for up to $500,000 if federal law enforcement seizes their data. House Democrats tried to strip this, but Republicans rejected changes to avoid sending the bill back to the Senate.

The republicans still slipped a little something in for themselves. Democrats, like the rest of Americans – can go suck an egg. The Senate just put themselves above the federal law. There is however, local law enforcement in DC, as well. (Convention of states)

Trump’s Capitalism

The deal with Argentina stinks. President Trump is about to break down the small farming beef industry, the same way fruits and vegetables was done over 20 years ago. Small farmers in America have been dead for so long, younger generations have to learn it from a book.

The U.S. has agreed to quadruple Argentina’s beef import quota from 20,000 to 80,000 metric tons annually. This could generate over $600 million in trade for Argentina. But what does it do for the small farming beef industry in America? They already lose on any price increase, to the capitalist in the meat packing industry. But wait, there is hope: The Trump administration has proposed $3 billion in aid to offset the impact on farmers, with another $10 billion potentially on the way.

Let’s translate in layman’s terms for just one moment. Small cattle farmers will receive a one-time 3 billion payout (proposed mind you), for permanent decimation. The farmers would be chumps to accept such a deal, if they had a choice. Trump is saying loud and clear, your choice went in the ballot box. Like Obama, “Hey – I won, remember”. (They won we lose)

The U.S. cattle population is at its lowest since 1961, with high input costs and droughts driving herd liquidations.

There are a lot of Americans feeling the pinch right now, and into the foreseeable future wondering exactly when President Trumps “American’s first” program begins. To do this deal at this time, when American’s are at their lowest is a big slap in the face.

(And I revise an extend my remarks that Trump is secretly taking America down. Patriotism lost with a stolen election)

Quebec

The man in charge, Premier François Legault is about to achieve player, player status – in my book. The reason is simple; he actually has a plan. Despite hydroelectricity being a major part of his plan (good for the air, bad for land and sea) – what I am appreciating in his tone, is to distance Quebec from the likes of yo-yo leaders like Donald Trump.

The language in Quebec, by law is French. I find it tremendously enriching to my national bones that a French speaking province in Canada, is outperforming France in character, stability, and vision for future growth. France has none of these, maybe a little character. I believe the laissez faire, laissez passer social technique has boxed them into a square frame, with the framing being the problem. (The French can get it done, but only in North America -baby)

Back to Quebec, guess what – Premier Legault is not giving heed to calls for increased immigration. He is apparently leaning toward the demand being by sole measure, a device of capitalism. “Employers want more workers so they can pay less”.

This is a refreshing article to start the day. An executive who actually believes in Administration – not a lost breed, but a dying one.

“The Plan”

The plan to end the government shutdown is the same as always, temporary funding until the next showdown – 30-Jan-2026.

🏛️ Core Elements of the Senate Agreement

  • Short-Term Reopening: The government would be fully reopened until January 30, 2026.
  • Full-Year Funding for Select Agencies:
    • Department of Agriculture
    • Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
    • Department of Veterans Affairs
    • Military construction projects
    • Congressional operations
  • Continuing Resolution (CR): All other agencies would be funded temporarily through the same January 30 deadline

I guess by now everybody knows the battle is over the expiring Affordable Care Act. Congress, in it limited wisdom -and probably during a compromise, has a renewal date for Obama Care. The democrats want it renewed. The republicans do not want it renewed.

These fools shut down the government, costing anxiety that cannot be measured. Government workers frantically looking for additional sources of income. Food allowances for the needy, terminated…. To come to the same conclusion as always…. Kick the can down the road.

It is not only President Trump who lacks compassion.

Basically, the plan continues to be, no plan. See you all in two months.

đź’° Why Congress Still Got Paid

  • Permanent Appropriation: Since 1983, congressional salaries have been funded by a permanent appropriation, meaning their pay doesn’t rely on annual budget renewals.
  • Constitutional Protection: Article I, Section 6 of the U.S. Constitution guarantees compensation for Senators and Representatives, and the 27th Amendment prohibits changes to congressional pay until after the next election.
  • Salary Details:
    • Most members earn $174,000/year
    • Speaker of the House: $223,500
    • Senate and House leaders: $193,400

Congressional staff members received no pay. However, it looks like they will be paid in the next showdown, maybe – according to, “The Plan”.

Convention of States.

🏛️ Senators Who Declined or Donated Pay

  • Tim Kaine (D-VA): Declined pay in solidarity with federal workers.
  • Mark Warner (D-VA): Donated his salary to the Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund.
  • Katie Britt (R-AL): Had her pay withheld and encouraged others to do the same.
  • Ron Johnson (R-WI): Donated his salary to the Joseph Project, a job placement initiative.
  • Jacky Rosen (D-NV): Donated to health care causes and Meals on Wheels.
  • Ashley Moody (R-FL): Donated to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.

In total, 26 Republicans, 28 Democrats, and 1 Independent senator either withheld or donated their pay during the shutdown.

🏛️ House Members Who Declined Pay

  • French Hill (R-AR): Withheld his pay, stating it was inappropriate to be paid while federal workers were furloughed.
  • Steve Womack (R-AR): Said, “When my people get paid, then I shall be paid”.
  • Bruce Westerman (R-AR): Also declined pay, urging the Senate to pass a spending bill.

Big Brother Germany S10 – 2010 English

There is a craving of mine that I can never quench, my desire to want to know people – communicate even, as Global Citizens United. Also, as you might expect I am a voyeur, which is simply another way of saying I like to watch people. Especially women, as I am heterosexual.

The place where I am at in life, I live precariously through others.

My ambition always leaves me short in that I do not understand other languages so I cannot learn about other people. So I always sought subtitle files, but they are practically nonexistent for reality TV…. Did I mention that I am now retired.

With a big assist from Artificial Intelligence, despite the slow process of training up – I now generate my own subtitles, to an enviable standard.

My only pride is in doing exceptional work, with seamless effort. You will see enhancements to the subtitling as I improve my craft. The process of converting one file can be up to 6 hours. I will add them to the subtitle link at the bottom of my page as they become available.

Before I switched servers I had Dating Naked Germany. That series will be reworked.

Here are the subtitle files for Big Brother Germany, Season 10 – 2010:

London Microgrids

Man! That was a long time coming, good news out of the United Kingdom. The solar panels on your rooftops no longer only feed the grid, you can benefit from them too.

I am being facetious of course, not. The program is designed to reduce the energy bills in low-income housing projects by as much as 15%, “and make life more livable”, whatever that means.

I do think this is positive news out of the UK for both green energy, and good living.

At this stage in the global warming theatre, however – anything solar will need to be strong enough to withstand a cat 7. (A bit late)

Labor (2)

The European Union has labor laws to protect European citizens, but the problem is Europe has niggers too. So, when it came time for the Palestinian man, under Belgium contract to be relocated, like all the rest – he was terminated instead. In clear violation of Europe’s contract law because he had served more than three consecutive contracts. A well-placed law to protect the citizens of Europe.

That is the abhorrent part, the laws are there, the protections are correctly in place – just not for niggers.

The lawyers in this case should go for 1 trillion dollars. The world is sympathetic; our leaders are not. So, he will win on the jury and lose in the appeal. All because of the aged old social parable of being born on the wrong side of the tracks.

Do not take my word, here is the link.

Labour

I am a fully fledged confirmed believer that labor laws should be written into every constitution. For those nations currently grappling with the administration of their homeland, let labour laws written in be one such demand.

No citizen shall be sold to the capitalists. Their livelihoods shall not be placed under the full purview of another, at any time, in anyway.

Any constitution that does not include labor laws is incomplete.

Let us join hands with courage and determination, to send a demanding message to Portugal – as a beginning, for the voice to be heard round the world. The people who run the government shall set the standard for employment in their homeland.

Portugal is a poor country attempting to improve her profile by reconstituting slavery. They are barely making 1000 Euro per month, and the government is taking, not giving.

If our leaders do not have the skill set to accomplish our goals without greater interference in our personal business affairs, lowly as they might be…. Such leaders shall be immediately dismissed.

Big Shout to our sisters and brothers in Lisbon!
