Border Patrol Murder

The United States of America is not a party to any treaty whereby we can be held accountable for any crime. If the United States military comes to your aide, military members shall not be held accountable for local crimes. All they have to do is get back to the base.

This has been going on for 100’s of years. Americans did not have a problem with it.

The standard is set, Internationally – no federal accountability. The same mentality has just been implemented inside the US. (what?)

Convention of States (update)

Its Official!

Kansas has officially become the 20th state to pass the application for an Article V convention!

On January 22, the Kansas House of Representatives made history by approving the Convention of States resolution – SCR 1604 – by a decisive vote of 80-42

The resolution was easily approved by the Kansas Senate last year by an equally impressive vote of 29-11.

As you know, this victory was not an overnight success. While the COS resolution has long had consistent and strong support in Kansas, It has taken well over a decade of hard work, overcoming disappointments, and staying the course to achieve passage.

It’s often said that fortune favors the brave. In this case, it also favors the resolute.

Just last year, Kansas came within inches of passing our resolution. It cleared the Kansas Senate with a commanding supermajority vote of 29–11 and was headed to the House for final action.

Then we hit a roadblock.

At the time, the Kansas Constitution required a two-thirds supermajority in both chambers to pass an Article V application. But now, that obstacle is gone. In November, a legal challenge to that provision succeeded.

While the now-defunct supermajority requirement created real difficulties for the Kansas team, their tireless efforts in the wake of frustration and disappointment have now been rewarded.

The fortitude demonstrated by the Kansas team is a testament to the kind of consistent and committed grassroots activism that will eventually result in an Article V convention.

Thousands of Kansans have kept the faith for over ten years, showing up to events all over the state, talking with fellow residents and convincing them to sign the COS petition, while also establishing professional, cordial, and effective relationships with state lawmakers and staff in order to advance the COS resolution in both houses of the legislature over and over again.

Congratulations to everyone who had a hand in making Kansas the 20th state in the union to pass the Convention of States resolution! With a grassroots network of millions of supporters and volunteers in every legislative district, we remain focused on calling the first-ever Article V convention to limit federal overreach. Victory in the Sunflower State only adds more to the significant momentum that our movement has generated.

Thirty-seven other states have already started their legislative sessions, and 16 more will begin before the end of January. Since COS first started, the COS Resolution has been filed in all 50 states, passed committees in 33 states, passed one legislative chamber in 27 states…and some of the leadership in the Ohio legislature have declared that THEY want to pass the COS Resolution this year.

Standing with you,

The COS Team

[this is the constitutional process whereby the states call for a new constitutional convention. we finally get term limits, and a general refresh of the Constitution]

Population Growth – Forward Planning

Who’s doing it; Who is not?

Here’s a consolidated table of direct public spending on housing as a percentage of GDP for countries with available data. This excludes private sector activity and focuses only on government expenditures—such as housing allowances, public housing construction, and subsidies—based on OECD, Eurostat, and national budget sources.

US Veterans Administration

I just finished with my annuals with VA Healthcare; annual physical, and bloodwork. We do not have a lab in the Clovis VA; bloodwork has to be sent out. My doctor is the only doctor listed as serving the entire (rural) community.

The reason why I am here; I have never seen so many people in the lobby filling out applications. Wives are scrambling to find coverage for their husband who is possibly at home partially disabled. Fortunately, all veterans can come home.

George Jr eliminated free health care to all veterans and did means testing. However, I believe it was by executive order and got quietly dismissed in later years. I was paying my deductibles, dutifully and faithfully – then they started sending my money back, no explanation. I fall below income requirements, so I was never worried (benefit of being American Black).

President Trump simply does not care about collateral damage. He only sees his primary objective.

Veterans Administration healthcare is about to be overwhelmed by ACA people with nowhere to go.

Note to veterans: all benefits are typically tied to the type of discharge you received, back when you thought it did not matter. Honorable Discharge, and thresholds(?) – you are in. I have been enrolled since 2006.

ICE Protestors

I do try to avoid party politics. But I simply cannot remain silent as sheep are led to the slaughter; albeit sheep being led to a slaughter, like art – resembles life itself.

President Trump’s moral code is in a total different sphere of recognition to anything considered typical. I will not accuse him of having no morals. However, his morals do not align with any others seen on earth since the days of Hitler, fact.

Leadership is the main problem in the United States because of the two-party system. It has been one-two-punch since the onset. Whose is actually bigger? (she said, “no comment”)

All politicians in DC currently embrace the muck and mire that I find tremendously disrespectful. I have dressed it up an put a skirt on it. Now for the facts:

The democrats, for reasons unknown to everyone within the sound of my voice decided to destroy the country with illegal immigrants.

Trump along with the rest of the republicans are attempting to destroy the nation by dismantling any part of our political structure that any other country found comforting; IE confidence in.

These are the first and primary agenda for each party as we stand, now.

The republicans have the law on their side. As none of this is about healing our nation, you should anticipate tremendous pain – similar to, (say it with me) – sheep being led to the slaughter. A very necessary part of normal life.

My final plea is to those wandering souls about to face tremendous damage. The laws on the books currently say you cannot interfere with any federal agent. Fact: interfering with a US Post Person is a federal offence. Imagine what they are about to do to you?

The concept we are lacking, because we seriously lack intelligence. The winner is, (drumroll please)….. both sides against the middle; MFP!, lets roll!

[happy independents day-3]

Celebrity Oop’s

Let us take a moment to digest; my first thoughts – Donald Trump has two blonde daughters; could it be one of them?

For instance:

Why could one not be as harmless as the other? Remember – I do not do party apartheid.

The next factor I move to for some unknown reason is age. I mean based on the age of President Trump in the top photo, could that be Tiffany? Somebody already knows the answer.

My final factor is emotion. The reason I am hard to fool is because I have been gauging initial reactions my entire life (do you like me). That is not primarily attributable to race.

I am going with “not very pleased” for the top photo.

But the shocking reality is how could a child that young be on a plane without a parent?

I try really hard to look for reasonable explanations before any final assessments. That will probably be based upon what president Trump has to say, for fear of silence speaking their volumes.

I refuse to make that allegation. Inquiring minds want to know.

[but we did say we would come for you. we being Children of the Light]

Urban Forage

As you might have heard I am an individualist. I pay very high regard to individual effort, with an eye toward innovation, sustainability, and practicality. You have heard me say there are only two directions.

In my retirement I have decided, also to improve my culinary skills – and I have a niche. I have been cooking since I first became an adult. I was not a stranger to the kitchen; mom left me fairly well off. However, I always have the same problem – I cannot season with spices, to taste. In my retirement culinary mindset, I have decided to embrace my shortcoming. My niche shall be, using other foods to season food. My problem is that I am rural. I do not have access to your basic foundation items, not the ones I have been using all my life anyway.

Then I saw this special on Urban Forage on the DW. Everything else, speaks for itself.
