Notes to Self:

Palestinian American Rashida Tlaib does a disservice to Palestine by introducing House Resolution 876, a resolution to recognize Gaza genocide. I have officially lost all respect for the American. She introduced the measure as the democrats failed to force an Obamacare extension, leaving the country in shambles, again. By introducing the Resolution in this manner ensures it will never be taken seriously. Thusly, a resolution – not a Bill. A joke by any other name. The Palestinian is clearly Americanized.

Obamacare was a failure from the start because it pretended to be a movement the likes of SSA, without bi-partisan support. The insurance companies who lost under Obamacare will now punish Americans for lost revenues. Nobody cares, this is a capitalist move. Capitalists are running the country. Fear not, Americans will reverse course in the mid-terms, so the democrats can extend the decimation the republicans started. There is one party in DC.

Covid, Biden, Trump – government shutdown. Like the market, Satan is looking for our bottom. How low can we go? O’ Christian nation. Like Trump, Satan wishes he had God’s power. So, they pretend.

The world will grow increasingly hostile to Jewish people as the United States and Israel take over Palestine. Jews will suffer in silence, similar to the silence of the lambs. Israeli’s who typically overflow with boasting pride, will cower in shame. Once again forced to hide their names, as history repeats itself. Who are left from the 12 tribes of Benjamin?

Despite the valiant efforts by the FBI, kiddy fiddlers are dominating law enforcement internationally. Society needs more programs for mental health – to accommodate the fact that most children will be interfered with. Not all countries are big on prosecuting, because kiddy fiddling goes to the top of many an institution. Especially in the United Kingdom.

Ukraine’s corruption scandals, have corruption scandals of their own. Will we ever know where our billions went? No. Bygones. (that is what we do). Ukraine is to Biden what Japan was to Reagan (unofficial source of additional income, but not corruption).

The Veterans Administration Home Loans Program does not benefit low income veterans. I currently have an approval letter for $100,000 – which is a gimmick. I can only actually afford $75,000 – and meet income margins. Zero down does not exist. On my $100,000 preapproval the closing costs would be about $3500.00, unless the seller agrees to pay closing costs. To get to closing: $480 + $120 – to the Realtor, assumed for inspection and appraisal. $700 to the VA for a separate VA appraisal. The problems are encountered here. As you might expect the VA financing standard for the purchased home by a veteran is HIGH. People have to go as far as $150,000 to find a home that will pass the VA appraisal, and every time you try that’s $1300.00 lost. And the house has to appraise for at least the price of the loan you are asking. Fortunately, I am early retired. When I turn 67, I get my full SSA check which should put me in range to find a home that will pass inspection. Thought the politicians might like a taste of life on the ground. Housing and Urban development also has programs available to all Americans.

I have been spending $100 a week with Walmart since 2008. Why should I be charged a fee for a loyalty program? The same with Amazon. The mere mention of charging me a fee for superior service is offensive. Count how much I have spent with you and then give me a free membership as thanks for my loyalty. I do not accept your rule change. And I have reduced spending in both locations, as a result of your ungratefulness.

I am retired and below the income threshold for having to file a tax return. No income tax credit for me. Thanks anyway. I worked 48 years straight. The first 4 off the books. I have been out of work a total of 18 months, during the 48. I collected unemployment for 6 months, of the 48. I paid child support for two children for 17 years. I retired early to avoid sudden death. I am a proud card-carrying member of America’s rich, lower class. (MF).

Hero of Marseille

In France’s oldest city, founded by Greek settlers in 600 BC is home to drugs gangs that the cartels pay homage to. Apparently, the city is given over to drugs. One man, a son to Algerian immigrants has chosen to face the demonic fear gripping the city.

Raised in Marseille’s northern working-class districts, where drug gangs dominate daily life. After losing an elder brother, gunned down during drug violence. Amine Kessaci decided to look fear in the eye, to take on the challenge of cleaning up Marseilles, France – in the absence of any other actual leadership. He lost a second brother as a signal to deter. He remains undeterred. When you say hero, do not overlook this man.

Please show support for this tremendous effort. Find a way.

Ukraine

How about we discuss Ukraine for a moment. I will use the subject to make a variety of points.

Centuria and the Azov Brigade are both Ukrainian nationalist formations, but they occupy different places in the country’s military and political landscape. Centuria is a newer ideological movement with military ties, while Azov has evolved from a controversial militia into a formalized National Guard brigade.

Centuria emerged around 2020 as a rebranded wing of the Azov Movement’s civilian corps. It presents itself as a new organization of Ukrainian nationalists, focused on youth training, cultural defense, and rooting out corruption.

Whereas, the Azov brigade, founded in May 2014 as the Azov Battalion, a volunteer militia formed by far-right activists during the Donbas War. They were incorporated into the National Guard of Ukraine later that year, becoming the Azov Regiment, and expanded into the 12th Special Forces Brigade “Azov”in 2023.

Putin actually threw the first punch in more ways than one when he started this war. At the very start of Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, the Azov Movement lost a key figure: Mykola Kravchenko, the chief ideologue of the Azov Battalion and co-founder of the nationalist organization Patriot of Ukraine. He was killed during the Battle of Kyiv on March 14, 2022. So, Putin started the war with one punch for both Zelenskyy, and the Nazi movement.

To Zelenskyy’s testament, Kravchenko politically, was aligned with a far‑right opposition movement (National Corps) that often criticized Zelenskyy’s government.

I tied this neat little bundle together because I would like to ask the “alleged” news media why everybody laughed and mocked Putin when he said he was fighting against Nazi’s?

Journalism all across the globe has become corporate swine. You now stand on dollars and cents where you once stood laurelled. Prostitution, whoredom even is more principled, at this station in our lives. You reduced yourself to this position because you lack courage. Perhaps a trip to see the Wizard of Oz will restore you. You laughed back then, are you still laughing now? (depends on whose paying).

As for the Nazi’s Putin is fighting against, Biden was all too happy to support – with billions of American dollars; lest we forget. Putin will talk to anybody, fact. But while he is smiling and shaking Trump’s hand, needs be his thoughts must be with the motherland.

You have to meet people where they are at. Not where they are perceived to be. All painted a shade of shit by the news media.

Trade

We are already trading goods and services when we develop a trading plan. The trade plan is meant to be a partnership whereby our shortages are matched against your excesses – and the plan will balance the two more evenly for both partners.

My layman’s explanation cannot hold merit because that is not what is taking place in current negotiations. Current negotiations are based on who is the most powerful.

Power and money represent capitalism, not democracy. So, when some “fish-eyed fool” comes along and says they are doing what’s best for the country – but the country he represents loses more than it gains, without a balancing act or attrition. The measure of that man is simple; do you believe in snake oil?

Let us not forget, Satan too has justification for all his acts. But if they were truly just, it would not be Satan. He would be misrepresenting himself, let alone us. Evil is no different to a kaleidoscope. An object with a shape-shifting appearance. Are you answering a call that is not from the Master?

[the term ‘partners’ was intentionally omitted. There are no longer partnerships in the world – only the powerful and the weak. We are headed in the wrong direction, but not for me. I long for judgment day – when time shall cease to exist]

1 Thessalonians 5:22

Criminal, by any Other Name

President’s Trumps actual power in his possession is more dangerous than any nuclear or atomic weapon ever made. He has requested that the President of Israel pardons his friend, “BiBi”. The reason being wartime hero, and a friend of the presidents.

Politicians put criminals to shame. He knows he is guilty and wants to get him off anyway. The same shall be said for all of his pardons. It is regrettable that no other logic was applied to the presidents ability to pardon – it makes the office susceptible to corruption.

No mention of Palestine. President has no authority to threaten the International Criminal Court. He has put sanctions on two judges and two chief prosecutors, but nobody really cares.

President Trump is a bully in a blue suit, doing Satan’s bidding. He has trampled and upended almost as many lives as President Biden.

Americans are very resilient. We are also accustomed to surviving 8 years of a president we had no desire for, comes with the territory. That is why President Trump has strategically reduced our core values to rubble. It is an attempt to upend our resilience. We shall take it as a training exercise (bye).

When you have a leader in office openly trying to protect a criminal, you have not – a leader. He is either a loud ass’d parrot, or a puppet.

Holy Father with Son

I somehow feel comforted when surrounded by Christians… you can let your guard down, a little. The cross stands beside the “Welcome to Clovis”, sign for Clovis, New Mexico. I live in Portales, but I shop over there (20-some-odd miles).

Lest we forget. The Father and the Son. Jesus taught us a lot. God deferred to his son. But like a son Jesus always gave the utmost respect to the Father.

AKA. God’s Country (Portales is the same spirit without the marker)

“House” – Plan

📌 Key Details of the House Bill

  • Origin: The bill was passed by the Senate on Monday in a 60–40 vote, with eight Democrats joining Republicans to break the impasse.
  • Funding scope:
    • Short‑term: Keeps most federal agencies funded through January 30, 2026.
    • Full‑year: Provides funding for SNAP (food aid), WIC (women, infants, children program), veterans programs, and military construction.
  • Backpay & reversals: Includes provisions to reverse Trump administration layoffs during the shutdown and ensure furloughed workers receive backpay.
  • Healthcare subsidies: Democrats sought extensions of Affordable Care Act subsidies, but those were not included. Instead, GOP leaders promised a stand‑alone vote in December.
  • Controversial provision: The Senate bill allows senators to sue for up to $500,000 if federal law enforcement seizes their data. House Democrats tried to strip this, but Republicans rejected changes to avoid sending the bill back to the Senate.

The republicans still slipped a little something in for themselves. Democrats, like the rest of Americans – can go suck an egg. The Senate just put themselves above the federal law. There is however, local law enforcement in DC, as well. (Convention of states)

Trump’s Capitalism

The deal with Argentina stinks. President Trump is about to break down the small farming beef industry, the same way fruits and vegetables was done over 20 years ago. Small farmers in America have been dead for so long, younger generations have to learn it from a book.

The U.S. has agreed to quadruple Argentina’s beef import quota from 20,000 to 80,000 metric tons annually. This could generate over $600 million in trade for Argentina. But what does it do for the small farming beef industry in America? They already lose on any price increase, to the capitalist in the meat packing industry. But wait, there is hope: The Trump administration has proposed $3 billion in aid to offset the impact on farmers, with another $10 billion potentially on the way.

Let’s translate in layman’s terms for just one moment. Small cattle farmers will receive a one-time 3 billion payout (proposed mind you), for permanent decimation. The farmers would be chumps to accept such a deal, if they had a choice. Trump is saying loud and clear, your choice went in the ballot box. Like Obama, “Hey – I won, remember”. (They won we lose)

The U.S. cattle population is at its lowest since 1961, with high input costs and droughts driving herd liquidations.

There are a lot of Americans feeling the pinch right now, and into the foreseeable future wondering exactly when President Trumps “American’s first” program begins. To do this deal at this time, when American’s are at their lowest is a big slap in the face.

(And I revise an extend my remarks that Trump is secretly taking America down. Patriotism lost with a stolen election)

Quebec

The man in charge, Premier François Legault is about to achieve player, player status – in my book. The reason is simple; he actually has a plan. Despite hydroelectricity being a major part of his plan (good for the air, bad for land and sea) – what I am appreciating in his tone, is to distance Quebec from the likes of yo-yo leaders like Donald Trump.

The language in Quebec, by law is French. I find it tremendously enriching to my national bones that a French speaking province in Canada, is outperforming France in character, stability, and vision for future growth. France has none of these, maybe a little character. I believe the laissez faire, laissez passer social technique has boxed them into a square frame, with the framing being the problem. (The French can get it done, but only in North America -baby)

Back to Quebec, guess what – Premier Legault is not giving heed to calls for increased immigration. He is apparently leaning toward the demand being by sole measure, a device of capitalism. “Employers want more workers so they can pay less”.

This is a refreshing article to start the day. An executive who actually believes in Administration – not a lost breed, but a dying one.

“The Plan”

The plan to end the government shutdown is the same as always, temporary funding until the next showdown – 30-Jan-2026.

🏛️ Core Elements of the Senate Agreement

  • Short-Term Reopening: The government would be fully reopened until January 30, 2026.
  • Full-Year Funding for Select Agencies:
    • Department of Agriculture
    • Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
    • Department of Veterans Affairs
    • Military construction projects
    • Congressional operations
  • Continuing Resolution (CR): All other agencies would be funded temporarily through the same January 30 deadline

I guess by now everybody knows the battle is over the expiring Affordable Care Act. Congress, in it limited wisdom -and probably during a compromise, has a renewal date for Obama Care. The democrats want it renewed. The republicans do not want it renewed.

These fools shut down the government, costing anxiety that cannot be measured. Government workers frantically looking for additional sources of income. Food allowances for the needy, terminated…. To come to the same conclusion as always…. Kick the can down the road.

It is not only President Trump who lacks compassion.

Basically, the plan continues to be, no plan. See you all in two months.

💰 Why Congress Still Got Paid

  • Permanent Appropriation: Since 1983, congressional salaries have been funded by a permanent appropriation, meaning their pay doesn’t rely on annual budget renewals.
  • Constitutional Protection: Article I, Section 6 of the U.S. Constitution guarantees compensation for Senators and Representatives, and the 27th Amendment prohibits changes to congressional pay until after the next election.
  • Salary Details:
    • Most members earn $174,000/year
    • Speaker of the House: $223,500
    • Senate and House leaders: $193,400

Congressional staff members received no pay. However, it looks like they will be paid in the next showdown, maybe – according to, “The Plan”.

Convention of States.

🏛️ Senators Who Declined or Donated Pay

  • Tim Kaine (D-VA): Declined pay in solidarity with federal workers.
  • Mark Warner (D-VA): Donated his salary to the Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund.
  • Katie Britt (R-AL): Had her pay withheld and encouraged others to do the same.
  • Ron Johnson (R-WI): Donated his salary to the Joseph Project, a job placement initiative.
  • Jacky Rosen (D-NV): Donated to health care causes and Meals on Wheels.
  • Ashley Moody (R-FL): Donated to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.

In total, 26 Republicans, 28 Democrats, and 1 Independent senator either withheld or donated their pay during the shutdown.

🏛️ House Members Who Declined Pay

  • French Hill (R-AR): Withheld his pay, stating it was inappropriate to be paid while federal workers were furloughed.
  • Steve Womack (R-AR): Said, “When my people get paid, then I shall be paid”.
  • Bruce Westerman (R-AR): Also declined pay, urging the Senate to pass a spending bill.
