AI-2026-advances

I am doing major projects on my computer this week. So, AI tells me to run this command and show me the results. (results x=2). We get a little further on and hit a conditional branch; AI Says: if X=2 do such and such. But if x=3 do not proceed.

I thought to myself; “damn his memory is worse than mine”. At least I have an excuse, 65 year old. rofl

Money is the root of all evil. Artificial intelligence may just provide the proof.

The PCIe board made bad decisions and chose to compound them. 15 years from now you will be sued for all your profits. What have ye gained?

[updated 26-Feb-2026. I have just been informed by AI that any ledger, or graph requests could only be completed using batch data input by myself. I was basically told that it would generate a chart if I input the data, but that it could not do both. how is that useful? I will tell you how. they are grabbing at straws trying to fix the memory wall at the client level. specifically, store less data that needs retrieving from hdd (or ssd in their case). batch data input takes us back to the 1980’s when I first started in computer operations. the definition of Data Processing is the input of raw data and the output of information. we are back to the beginning]

[if AI is ever 100% effective as a tool, it will be when PCIe has been updated. when that occurs, all computers in use at that time will need to be replaced. if PCIe is done in phases to maintain hardware legitimacy it will take 150 years. I really regret that AI was released ‘anyway’ as opposed to the right way. it could have been really useful. as it stands you will all rehire your human staff]

[updated 27-Feb-2026. I have been working on a kvm/qemu VM install with ChatGPT. ChatGPT is typically better than copilot for technical. I wanted to see what the design would be using and AI cli install. I like the cli aspect, however – I have no Internet. So I went back to AI who has previously mentioned that the VM would assign a specific address. The IP address assigned is not the same as my network. So I go back and ChatGPT was to do a sophisticated troubleshoot on both networks. I shut it down. I already knew what the problem was. The AI install completely overlooked creating the bridge between the two networks. And was unable to make the connection until I told it.

“Perfect. 👍
Yes — if your LAN is 192.168.99.0/24 and you want the VM directly on that network (real IP from your router, visible on LAN), then NAT (virbr0 / 192.168.122.0) is not what you want.

You want a bridged interface.

We’ll do this the correct Rocky/Fedora way using NetworkManager.”

Had I been a less experienced user this project would be a fail. I would have to leave AI and do my own searches. I still use it but AI (all) are tremendously difficult to manage. I repeat, do not dismiss your human workforce with disrespect. you will need them back]

US Brain Drain

Every country in the world realizes how important it is to have the best and the brightest. Forget all about who will empty the trash.

Canada is also capitalizing on current US shortcomings. They are specifically recruiting military members desiring a path to citizenship, and other intellects. Poor people are not welcome.

Canada’s problem is you cannot enter the country if you ever had a speeding ticket. This will have to change to accomplish their goal.

DC Gutter

AKA, the Potomac River. I find it very refreshing that a man who displaced the cleanest homeless camp ever, for having a weed in his front lawn. Now has the pleasure of smelling his own shit 24X7, coming soon.

Another way to look at it; the crumbling infrastructure that presidents have run on for 50 years, has come home to roost.

They always say; “God works in mysterious ways”. My grandaddy would say, “that is too true to be so”.

This may be the only justice we ever see.

[rofl]

[you do not care about clean air, try this]

North Korea in Russia

We are reminded on an as needed basis how tyrannical other foreign leaders are. I respect all human beings.

Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has dedicated an entire city block, newly created – for the families who lost loved ones in Russia.

He has been expressing sorrow for even sending them since the beginning. The sacrifices will surely add value to North Korea’s existential future.

One thing I once did which hopefully my children have not forgotten is that I did deeds of charity with them by my side. Mr. Kim Jung Un is doing the same with his daughter by his side. The heir apparent will understand both the carrot, and the stick – thank God.

Respect.

War on Terror

The war on terror is no different to illegal immigration, and the war on drugs; never ending.

Illegal immigration and terror are unique in that the plan resulted in capturing and detaining people for life, to include food and board.

What happens is they end-up releasing people back to the same situation they came from. Take for instance the ISIL relatives being released back to Australia, one of the world’s leading “hot beds”, at the moment. I did not know they hold all the relatives, as well. Imagine somebody knocking at your door and detaining you for life because of something your second cousin did. We should assume they are innocent. Do I think all Arabs deserve to be treated as third-class citizens, no.

Illegal immigration is easy to fix, especially with a bully in the bull-pit: charge the originating country for room, board, and transportation. Maybe then they will help the situation.

unfortunately, at this present time our leader in America is concerned with notches on his proverbial belt. The entire conversation is about failure to lead. And has nothing to do with Cuba, Venezuela, or Iran.

ISIS

The United States has been fighting ISIS since 2014. ISIS came to prominence because the United States destabilized Iraq in our 2003 invasion, which resulted in Saddam Hussein’s head being lopped off.

The total Iraq + Syria war cost is ~$1.79 trillion, confirmed through 2023. Between 2023 and 2025 we dumped another $31-$33 billion into the ME including welfare payments to Israel of over $21 Billion.

From 2022-2025 we put $175 billion into Ukraine.

Now bearing in mind that other economic factors prevail like veterans’ health care and a host of other economic factors that spawn with war. That takes the $1.79 trillion referenced earlier to over $3 trillion.

Fiscal year 2025 budget deficit is $1.78 trillion.

Now if I can be completely honest with you, I am only educated to High School +1, so at this point I seriously need a mathematician.

What’s that fella’s name Trump has a hardon for, was it George Howell? Anyway, he is a good economist. I bet he could do these numbers for us? Can we not run him as an Independent in the next election??

[what the heck was that man’s name. I will remember directly]

[odd thing that; you would think Israel our bitch not the other way around]
