West Island; Quebec – Canada has been rockin it out since 2007. They provide a service for people, like seniors who are in need but do not qualify for government help. It is full service appointment/errands volunteer service. Great for retiree’s looking for something to do. Apparently there is a fee for the appointment booking (reasonable – no doubt). For people in need of community help the service is priceless.
