There will be no military campaign badge for escorting ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Escort service is not a legally recognized military maneuver. In addition we are not at war so there is no enemy.
America was founded on a slippery slope – it remains.
Question: Who assumes liability for the shipment that may or may not make it through the Strait. Are we playing global insurer, as well – as previously mentioned? Speak clearly please.
