While we are talking AI. President Trump is acknowledging inferiority in American AI companies by attempting to allow for the theft of training platforms, which are used to train-up AI. A service every person using AI is providing to the capitalists, for free. Trump says no protections for using someones else’s base. Presumably, regardless to how you acquire it. He will make theft legal but only for capitalists. The legal scholars who are able to read between the lines, are being paid by Trump.

Open Base was the method projected to attack the memory wall problem. Open base was meant to be everybody share the base, and split at the client level. Apparently the idea was not shared by everyone. If China has not conquered the memory wall, bus rate problem – the reliability of AI is the same the world over.
However, apparently China is handing us our ass because they are light years ahead in development, and protection laws (read in Iran – Same). What weak game we have Trump is trying to use laws to beef-up. American laws are only respected in America.

American conglomerates Google, Meta, Microsoft, and OpenAI are losing ground because their focus is narrow; maximum profit. They share this logic with pharmaceutical companies who regularly produce drugs too expensive to be purchased.
