Social media has already failed. It failed with the success of the first lawsuit. There was never any way to regulate social media publicly, and there never will be.
The method you use to regulate social media is called parenting.
Whatever remnants are left will be there strictly to do censorship, and block people – something AI is capable of.
It is not possible for social media to live up to expectations because everybody has their own opinion. No two people will agree to what should be censored.
