You can barely tell but it’s a Red Tail. I absolutely love being a part of their environment. Unfortunately my area is good for comfort, but not lighting. Its a duplex. My apartment is on the right. I am standing beside a similar post on the other side.
It has been just over a year now and he has finally got comfortable enough to have coffee with me. He is taking a spell out of the sun. Good spot.
I am 100% certain there are 1 million people in the world with a pet squirrel in their neighborhood. Something to fuss at, chat to. Most times people do not miss them till they have been absent for awhile. They like to go visiting, but are basically home-body’s.
Someday pet squirrels will return to the sandy beaches of Gaza for some fun in the sun. (prayers going up).
