Shows you how little I actually know about the world; I almost thought the Switzerland policy on neutrality was a byline or joke. As it turns out they have always had a policy on arms sales, that is based on end use.
Unfortunately that is laughable. Arms or weapons only have one use. There is no humanitarian use for a weapon. Lastly, ‘policy neutral’ we should teach all children, everywhere – weapons are not toys (policy affirmation).
