Palestine

President Trump, Jared Kushner, and Benjamin Netanyahu would have us believe that Palestine does not exist. I have a document that should cause consternation to all members of the alleged Gaza Peace Board:

“If you fail to understand your history you are doomed to repeat it”, is a saying I never liked. It encourages the hypocrisy that is the United States of America – via, Palestine. Shall we make our failures eternal?

[pause……]

Excuse me, I am not done yet…… That informal letter was later incorporated into the following document:

The League of Nations Mandate for Palestine (approved 24 July 1922) is the legal instrument that placed Palestine under British administration and formally embedded the Balfour Declaration into international law. It did not create Israel, but it obligated Britain to facilitate a Jewish national home while safeguarding the civil and religious rights of the non‑Jewish population.

The United States Senate, back during the times when men were men refused to ratify the League of Nations. Just look at how far we have come?

Every one of these 52 states was legally bound by League decisions — including approval of the Mandate for Palestine in July 1922. No Palestinian Arab representatives were members or consulted, despite Palestine being directly affected.

[oops. no problem for me. problem for tu?]

Does the League of Nations still exist?

No — the League of Nations no longer exists. It was formally dissolved in April 1946, and its remaining responsibilities, archives, and functions were transferred to the United Nations, which had already been established in October 1945.

So, in this light who is actually responsible for the dismantling of International Law?

[bedmates]

My point was actually made long ago. The existence of Palestine cannot be ignored.

In both instances, then and now – everybody is kissing Israeli ass, despite Israel playing no role. There was no Arab representation in the League of Nations. You seriously think these honorable men and women? They are the reason why I follow Jesus.
