- We denounce the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores on January 3, 2026.
- Security personnel and civilians were murdered in cold blood during the incident.
- The Supreme Court’s Constitutional Chamber has appointed Vice President Delcy Rodríguez as acting President.
- The Ministry reaffirms its commitment to internal order, peace, and national stability.

- The Armed Forces will integrate with other national powers to defend liberty, independence, and sovereignty.
