We have a similar situation to racism in the United States, happening in Russia today.
In the United States racism had the social effect of making American Blacks super durable. While at the same time American Whites became lazy. They did not have to work for anything, so they became lazy.
I once worked for a White man in B’ham, Alabama – second job (child support job). His name was Vincent A. Miles, long since gone into the judgment. He told us one day that he hated hiring White people because they were so lazy.
Similarly, in Russia, Putin is taking advantage of all the qualified hackers wanted by Interpol. He gives them asylum.
End result: soon all the best hackers will be in Russia.
