I often chide Africa because of their existential poor leadership, despite being one of the resource rich countries in the world.
I also feel like she gave up her slaves a little too easily, which is only reinforced by Artificial Intelligence making excuses for the leadership of the time.
This piece is not about the existential failed leadership in Africa. I am pleased to say it is about a people-based solution.
Founded in 2022 by Nancy Akeyo (Kenyan public health advocate), the Boda Girls (border to border), bring pregnancy care to women living in areas where health care is difficult to reach. The Boda Girls are easy to see coming; they all wear pink – and are dispatched on motorcycles.
